A fire door only performs to its rating if it's maintained correctly - seals, hinges, closers and gaps all matter over the life of the doorset, not just at the point of installation. We carry out scheduled maintenance to the same certified standard as our installation work.
Every maintenance visit is properly documented, so you've got a clear record for your own compliance files - not just a door that's been looked at, but a paper trail showing what was checked and what was done.
Maintenance work is carried out to the doorset's original certification and any conditions set out in the fire risk assessment for that property. We don't provide fire risk assessments or specification advice as part of maintenance work.
