What services do you offer?
Fire door installation - either supply & fit or labour only - and fire door maintenance. We don't offer general building or joinery work outside fire doors.
What fire ratings do you cover?
We cover all types of fire doorsets, from FD30 through to FD120.
Do you cover my area?
We're Leeds-based and cover the whole of the UK.
How does booking work?
You book online with some details about the job. We'll be in touch to arrange your pre-install survey, which is a paid part of the process. Following the survey, you'll receive your itemised quote. You can book up to 12 months ahead if you're not ready for the work straight away.
Do you provide fire risk assessments or specify what rating I need?
No. We install and maintain to the fire rating and specification set out in the fire risk assessment or compartmentation drawings you or your appointed professional provide. We don't carry out fire risk assessments or give specification advice.
How are your quotes structured?
Itemised, with materials and labour shown separately where materials are supplied, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Are you certified?
Yes - BM TRADA Q-Mark certified for both installation and maintenance, independently audited every six months. See our certification page for more detail.
Do you work on HMOs?
Yes - HMO fire door compliance, including bedroom doors and licensing-condition requirements, is a regular part of our work.
What's the difference between supply & fit and labour only?
Supply & fit means we source the certified doorset and materials as well as installing them. Labour only means you've already got the doorset and materials, and we carry out the installation.
