A certified specialist, not a generalist.

What we do

Khells Projects specialises in fire door installation and maintenance - nothing else. We supply and fit FD30 through to FD120 doorsets across all doorset types, and carry out scheduled maintenance to keep existing doorsets compliant. That focus means every job is carried out to the same certified standard, not treated as one task among many general building trades.

How we work

We work strictly to certified specification - matching every component against the manufacturer's own certification rather than assuming compatibility. We install and maintain to the fire risk assessment or compartmentation drawings you or your appointed professional provide. We don't offer specification advice, fire risk assessments, or building compliance sign-off - that's not our discipline, and we're upfront about that boundary.

Who we work with

Our clients are typically landlords, HMO operators, property managers, letting agents, housing providers and commercial property owners - anyone with a real compliance obligation around fire doors, who needs the work done properly and documented, not just done quickly.

Certification

We hold BM TRADA Q-Mark certification for both installation and maintenance, independently audited every six months. You can read more on our certification page.
